Who We Are

Founded by commercial real estate veteran Peter Sullivan in 1992, Peter Sullivan Associates owns and manages office and industrial buildings throughout the Bay Area. The company took a big leap forward in 1996 with the acquisition of 155 Montgomery Street and considers the unique building the centerpiece of its portfolio.  The Peter Sullivan Team provides in-house asset management, operations and leasing and is gratified to serve a large number of long term tenants, many of which are small businesses.  The PSAI Team is supported by Cushman & Wakefield for additional property management resources and work seamlessly to provide friendly, personalized service.
